Shipping in Italy

Courier: GLS (with FlexDeliveryService).
With GLS FlexDeliveryService, you’ll have full control over your delivery. You’ll receive an email or SMS notification with shipment details and can personalize your delivery by:- Changing the delivery date.
- Modifying the delivery address.
- Choosing delivery to a GLS parcel shop.
- Authorizing delivery without a signature.
Shipping Within the European Union
- Cost: €15.00

Shipping Outside the European Union
Currently, we do not ship outside the European Union. If you are located in a country outside the EU, please visit our SIXS Distributors page to find a local distributor in your area.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Every order is fully trackable. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's status. You can also check your order’s status in the "My Orders" section of your account.
Taxes and Customs Duties
- Within the European Union: Prices include VAT, and no additional costs will apply.
- Outside the European Union: We do not ship to destinations outside the EU at this time.
Missed Delivery
If you are not at home when the courier attempts delivery, they will leave a notification with instructions for rescheduling or for collecting your package at a nearby location.
Damages During Transportation
We ensure that all orders are packed securely to avoid damages during transportation. However, if you receive a visibly damaged package, please:
- Report the damage to the courier immediately upon delivery and ask them to note it.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package by emailing b2c@six2.com, including detailed photos of the damaged package and its contents.
We will handle the claim with the courier and find a quick resolution for you.
