SIXS Product Warranty
SIXS designs and manufactures technical apparel engineered to support your performance, using premium materials and advanced technologies to deliver comfort, durability, and long-lasting performance.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you may submit a warranty claim within 2 years from the date of purchase.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and lack of conformity that occur during the normal and intended use of the product.
Every warranty claim is individually reviewed by our technical team, who will evaluate the product and the information provided before determining whether the issue is covered under warranty.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Damage caused by improper use or use outside the product's intended purpose.
- Abrasion, tears or damage caused by protective gear, backpacks, hook-and-loop fasteners (Velcro), sports equipment or other external elements.
- Damage resulting from crashes, impacts or accidents.
- Damage caused by washing or caring for the product contrary to the care instructions provided on the label.
- Damage caused by bleach, harsh detergents or high-temperature drying.
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
- The natural loss of elasticity, colour or performance that occurs over the normal lifespan of the product.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, access our Warranty Portal and enter your order number together with the email address used for your purchase.
During the request process, you will be asked to provide information that will help our technical team evaluate your claim, including:
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Approximately how many times the product has been used.
- How the product has been washed.
- What clothing or protective equipment was worn over the product.
- Up to 5 photos, including close-up images of the issue and photos showing the entire product.
In some cases, we may request additional information or ask you to send the product to our facility for further inspection.
Claim Evaluation
Each warranty claim is carefully assessed by our technical team.
Once the evaluation has been completed, we will inform you of the outcome.
If the claim is accepted, SIXS may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product.
- Repair the product, where possible.
- Refund the purchase price if replacement or repair is not possible.
Processing Time
We aim to evaluate every warranty claim as quickly as possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the case and whether the product needs to be returned to our facility for further inspection.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is a warranty claim the same as a return?
No. A warranty claim only applies to manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.

Do I need to send the product immediately?
Not necessarily. In many cases, our technical team can carry out an initial assessment using the information and photos you provide. If the product needs to be inspected in person, we will provide you with detailed shipping instructions.
Are all warranty claims accepted?
No. Every claim is reviewed individually by our technical team based on the information provided and the condition of the product.
