Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused.
- With all tags and in its original packaging.
We only accept returns for purchases made through our official website.
The return box must display only the address provided above with the return label. If using recycled packaging, please remove or cover any labels from previous shipments.
Return Service in Italy
- For shipments within Italy, the return service is free (one return per order).
- If multiple returns are made for the same order, the shipping costs for additional returns will be borne by the customer.
The customer is required to return the received products without undue delay and within 14 days from the date of return approval by SIXS.
Non-Compliant Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately through our Returns Portal if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
This will allow us to evaluate your report and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in your possession with a replacement request, selecting the new product directly through the Returns Portal.
The shipment of the replacement product will take place only after the returned item has been received at SIXS.
Refunds
The refund will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected at SIXS.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.
- If approved: You will automatically receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
